The Practice of Astrology

Astrology is a living practice that I have studied, tested, and refined for over a decade. My work is rooted in the understanding that astrology is a technical discipline with a long historical lineage. Long before astrology became associated with personality descriptions or modern spirituality, it was used to study timing, cycles, and change. That foundation remains central to my work.

A natal chart is a system of relationships between planets, houses, and time. These patterns can unfold throughout a lifetime, showing periods of growth, challenge, change, and opportunity. I am the Astrologer that believes that astrology does not remove free will. It provides context so that choices can be made with greater awareness.

My practice draws primarily from traditional astrology, Hellenistic techniques, planetary condition, and whole-sign houses, while incorporating modern interpretation when it adds something useful. I am interested in what is happening, when it is happening, and how it may be experienced. People often turn to astrology during periods of transition. Career changes, relationships, relocation, loss, or simply the feeling that life has shifted can bring questions such as: Why does this pattern keep repeating? Why does this period feel different? Why now?

My work focuses on recognizing patterns, understanding timing, and seeing how different parts of a chart develop across a lifetime. Astrology allows us to examine periods of change, opportunity, pressure, and growth within a much larger cycle. The more I have studied and worked with charts, the more I have seen how much information can be found when the chart is examined as a whole rather than as a collection of individual placements.

Astrology is ancient, complex, and continually worth studying, this is the practice I stand behind.
